    Human Resources @ AAMC

AAMC is a truly multi-cultural and multi-lingual community with faculty and staff from about 17 countries.

The working environment at AAMC is similar to what you would encounter in any western educational institution.

The college is open from 7:30 am till 7:30 pm from Sunday to Thursday with Friday and Saturday as weekend. Teaching hours for faculty depends on the classes taught each semester. Faculty usually teach 20 to 25 periods per week and are expected to be in the college for at least 8 hours per day.

Administration and support staff and other non-teaching personnel are usually on duty from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm which is also the College's official business hours.

One of our aims is to teach good work habits to students and seeing one of their own in action encourages them to pursue higher education and emulate our Emirati staff.
